1. Information on your device
The game does not require an account. Puzzles can be played offline. Progress, review records, sound preferences, and appearance settings are stored locally. These local records are not uploaded as complete records to Firebase, although usage events can include level numbers and answer outcomes. Uninstalling the app may remove local data.
2. Analytics and crash diagnostics
The app uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand usage and diagnose faults. Analytics may process app-instance identifiers, device and operating-system information, app version, sessions, and events such as opening a level, answer outcomes, and using hints. Network requests involve an IP address. Crash diagnostics may include installation identifiers, device model, app and OS versions, crash times, stack traces, and related diagnostic information.
We do not assign a login identity, enable advertising-ID collection or personalized ads, or send your name, contact details, complete puzzle content, database password, or local files as analytics parameters. The current app does not include an advertising SDK. Core gameplay does not depend on a successful analytics connection. For mainland China users, these Firebase services are not initialized before acceptance of the app’s privacy notice.
3. Other information you provide
If you contact support, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use them to answer your request and investigate the reported issue. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive data.
4. Website hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing connection information such as IP address and request metadata. The privacy page uses Cloudflare’s country estimate from your network connection to select a regional policy. We do not request GPS access, add website advertising or analytics scripts, or set cookies for this selection. You can also open either policy manually.
5. Service providers and international processing
Google LLC provides Firebase; Cloudflare provides website hosting, and our email provider handles support messages. Information may be processed outside your country, including the United States and other locations where providers operate. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, the relevant safeguards must apply to those transfers. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when necessary to comply with applicable law, protect rights or security, or carry out a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
6. Purposes, legal grounds, and retention
We process information to provide the game, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. Depending on your location and the activity, applicable grounds may include consent, providing a service you request, legitimate interests in security and support, or legal obligations. Where consent is required, it must be obtained before the relevant processing.
Local progress remains on your device until removed. Support messages are kept only as needed to address the request and applicable recordkeeping needs. Firebase retention depends on the service and its configuration; see the linked provider documentation. We do not promise a fixed retention period that has not been verified for our configuration.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy or portability of your data, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Email us to make a request; we may need proportionate information to verify it. We may not be able to link an app-instance identifier to you without additional information. Do not email identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.
8. Children
The game is intended for a general audience. An app-store age rating is a content rating, not verification of parental consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information improperly should contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Security and changes
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system guarantees absolute security. We may update this policy as the app or our practices change. The updated date appears above, and we will provide additional notice or request consent where required.
